With our new app Access 123, you track your driver, we track your flight.

We will inform you of our simple airport pick up procedure. As you land and gain access to your mobile network, you will receive a series of texts as the driver started your trip, arrived at the airport and you can see them sitting on the parking lot right on the app. 

Once your luggage picked up, you will inform the driver that you are heading out the luggage belt area. At this point, the driver will leave the parking lot and meet you at the curb. You can stay on the phone or simply tell the driver the "Passenger Pick Up Number or Letter" where you are sending. These signs are right over head at every airport pick up zone (A, B, C. D, E or A1...A14).

You could also request for a Meet and Greet, the case where you need the driver to park the vehicle on the lot and physically meet you at a luggage area if accessible to the public or at the transportation area, the area inside an airport where drivers come to wait for their clients.
